Antonia is in charge of all administration and project coordination, ensuring orders, scheduling and communication run smoothly from the initial enquiry through to completion. With a strong eye for detail and organisation, she plays a key role in supporting our clients and delivering a seamless experience.

Tom oversees the technical side of the business, ensuring all our products are manufactured and specified to the highest standard. With a practical, detail driven approach, he works closely with designers and clients to deliver solutions that perform reliably and integrate seamlessly into each project.

Graham has been in the blinds industry for over 30 years so there isn’t much he doesn’t know about blinds of all shapes and sizes! Having worked with The Blinds Company since we opened in 1988, Graham became the Managing Director in 2005 and has recently decided to take a step back. We still works for us on a consultative basis.

Katherine formally joined The Blinds Company in 2021 having worked behind the scenes as Graham’s wife. She has recently decided to retire and works for The Blinds Company on an ad hoc consultative basis.

Stuart started his carpentry apprenticeship aged 17, boat building on the embankment in London. He has been fitting shutters for over 15 years and has been working with Graham on the shutter side of the business since 2011.
He is a skilled carpenter who has not yet come across a window that he can’t fit a shutter to.

Andrew has been fitting blinds for over 25 years. He has excellent knowledge of installing all types of blinds including setting up electrically operated window blinds.
