Your Fabric. Our Expertise. Endless Possibilities.
We specialise in creating made-to-measure roller blinds using either customer-supplied fabrics or our carefully selected pre-stiffened in-house ranges. Each blind is crafted at our Aylesbury workshop with precision engineering to ensure smooth operation, durability, and a flawless finish.
Our blinds are available with Louvolite sidewinder chain mechanisms and a variety of different chain colours. Motorised and battery-operated blinds are also offered for modern convenience.
From delicate voiles to heavier designer fabrics, our bespoke manufacturing techniques - including lamination and specialist fabric processing—allow you to achieve the perfect combination of performance, structure, and style.
Elegant Simplicity with Pre-Stiffened Fabrics
Our plain roller blinds are crafted using high-quality pre-stiffened fabrics, available in a wide variety of colours and finishes:
Blackout fabrics for complete light control
Opaque (Gemini and Scottish Holland) for privacy and soft light diffusion
Sheer fabrics for gentle daylight filtering
Specialist fabrics are also available, including Screen Vision fibreglass fabrics and flame-retardant materials, making them suitable for commercial and contract projects.
Decorative base shapes and customer-supplied trims can be added to personalise each blind, giving interior designers full flexibility in creating cohesive window treatments.
We also offer turned edges for a traditional roller blind finish.
Structure and Style for Designer Fabrics
Laminated roller blinds are created by heat-bonding a stiffened backing cloth to the face fabric. This method is suitable for most natural and designer fabrics and allows blinds to be made wider than the fabric width.
Customisation options include:
Decorative base shapes
Fabric borders for the base and sides
Testing of customer fabric samples before production
This process ensures durability, structure, and a premium finish for every blind.
Specialist Treatment for Lightweight and Delicate Fabrics
Processed roller blinds are made by applying a specialist stiffening solution directly to the face fabric. This is ideal for voile, lace, and untreated cotton or cotton-mix fabrics.
Please note, processing is not suitable for silks, heavily synthetic fabrics, or fabrics with metallic threads. Processed fabrics cannot be joined, so blind sizes must remain within the fabric width (unless the fabric can be railroaded).
We can accommodate extra-wide fabrics up to a maximum width and drop, and decorative base shapes and borders can still be applied.
As with our laminated blinds, we are happy to test customer fabric samples before manufacture to ensure the perfect result.
